Project Details

The client desired a striking, contemporary tropical oasis that would draw the eye to the home while also being orderly and easy to maintain.  They also required necessary details such as an extra parking space and accessibility for children and dogs to play.  The flowing bed lines of coquina and granite, with lush plantings provide color and texture year-round and create a tropical framework to the clean artificial turf and shell pavers. 

The concrete and turf driveway adds unique interest to the front yard, immediately catching the eye and drawing it toward the home, while also providing the practical purpose of maintaining water permeability, thus allowing our client space for a large pool deck. Tasteful lighting sets off the gorgeous palms and planting beds, adding depth to the evening scape, as well as providing safe access to the property.
