Our February Employee of the Month is Andre ‘Dre’ Perry, a Rockaway Landscape Lead Man. Andre has been with Rockaway for ten years and reliably works hard, delivering design plans on time and spec and seamlessly transitioning between crews, keeping up our operational excellence. Andre is a go-to on every job, knowing the safe and efficient use of all of our equipment. Although Andre is all business on job sites, he enjoys simple relaxation with family and friends during his off time. Thank you, Andre ‘Dre’ Perry, as Rockaway is the company it is today in no small part due to your hard work and dedication.

Meet Florencio Castelan
Florencio Castelan, a Rockaway Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader at the Mayo Campus, is a dedicated employee who consistently goes above and beyond. Florencio was recently honored as the January Rockaway Employee of the Month for his willingness to take on new responsibilities. Rockaway is a good company that offers opportunities for its employees, Florencio says. I enjoy my job, and the owners are good people and take care of us and our clients. Florencio has been a part of the Rockaway team for seven years. Originally from Mexico, he has lived in Jacksonville, Florida, for the past seventeen years, and enjoys the city’s climate. Florencio is a happily married father of three. He has two sons, ages 6 and 8, and a 3 year old daughter, Hannah. We want to thank Florencio for being an integral part of Rockaway’s success.
