Zach Fuchs: Rockaway Landscape Designer/Estimator

Meet Zach Fuchs, Rockaway Landscape Designer, and Estimator serving our residential and commercial clients in Northeast Florida. Zach is originally from Long Valley, New Jersey, and graduated from the prestigious Penn State College of Agricultural Science with a BS degree in Landscape Contracting focused on Design/Build. Zach has a mastery of a wide range of technologies including AutoCAD and Real Time Landscaping Architect 3D design programs.

“While at Penn State they taught us a little bit of everything,” said Fuchs. “From fieldwork to sales to technology. Tech is something that I’ve brought with me here as a member of the Rockaway Team. They also taught us from an estimating standpoint how to do the different calculations. How to use the formulas. Because we don’t want to go over on materials, but we don’t want to be under either. We want to have the perfect amount. And life doesn’t always work out perfectly. At Rockaway one thing we always say is if we don’t get it right we’ll make it right”.
