This phase of this client’s drainage solutions focused on adding soil for a gentle slope towards the side yard, naturally draining water to the street. This homeowner-chosen solution included replacing damaged grass with new sod that is now thriving, even after heavy winter rains.
Beyond Basics: While proper grading is key, additional measures were taken:
