Rockaway’s Residential Partnership Program brings full-service landscape maintenance directly into communities where we already maintain the HOA common areas. Unlike basic lawn services, Rockaway’s maintenance program is designed to proactively manage and improve your property year-round. Our 48-visit maintenance program includes mowing, edging, pruning, weed control, fertilization, pest management, irrigation inspections, and ongoing landscape oversight tailored specifically for Northeast Florida properties.

Homeowners also gain access to enhancement and installation services below our normal seasonal minimums, making projects such as mulch refreshes, seasonal color, drainage improvements, lighting, and planting upgrades more convenient and cost effective within an active neighborhood route.

In addition, participating homeowners receive ongoing support through quality assurance visits, horticultural evaluations, and proactive recommendations from our team to help maintain the appearance and long-term value of the property.
