After your consultation, our landscape architect or designer will create a tailored design plan, from simple hand drawings for landscape refreshes to detailed CAD drawings for HOA and permitting approvals. Our experienced team has strong relationships with Northeast Florida HOAs and municipal review boards, which helps expedite the review process.
Once the design is finalized, we'll schedule a meeting to review the plans thoroughly and make only needed adjustments. At this stage, we'll present the contract for your approval and usually request a 50% deposit.
During installation, our team provides consistent updates and visual progress reports to keep you informed of project milestones. During our final walkthrough, we ensure that you have complete satisfaction and we will give you helpful feedback on how to maintain and keep your pergola in perfect condition.
